Small Gods: PMD! Itaaaa Venerandum! - "OMG! Soooo Cute!"
God’s in general exist because of belief. Belief is a powerful force in Discworld. Simply talking about something can inadvertedly make it real. It doesn’t take much for a small god to become real. As long as a person or persons sincerely believe in something, a god is born.
Small Gods can look like anything and have any kind of power. The strength and power of a small god is directly related to what the god represents as well as how many and how strongly people believe in it. (Also how creative you can be)
Small Gods are immortal; really nothing can kill them except for a lack of belief. That doesn’t mean you can’t trap them or do other things to them.
Example Small Gods: The God/Goddess of Exquisite Cleavage – Power level would be pretty high, for small gods. Power: the ability to attract and hold the attention of either men or women, through use of cleavage of any kind. He or she looks over all his/her children, such as busty barmaids and fat plumbers who bend over, revealing their asses. Etc. Followers need to be careful not to see their god in everything. Many accidents have occurred at various citrus and melon stands.
